Mile & Creek Condos is a new condo project by Mattamy Homes that will be located at 770 & 760 Whitlock Ave E, Milton(Thompson Road South & Louis St Laurent Avenue).

Mile & Creek will be a part of a Master-Planned Community of Six Residential Buildings. Phase one will be two buildings with a total of 226 units. Phase 2 will consist of two buildings with 93 units in Building 3 and 133 units in Building 4.
